What we know about you.

Two forms send an address to us: the launch-notice form, and the reserve form at the end of the cart. A third — the account preview — asks for one and keeps it on your device without sending it anywhere. All three are optional. You can read every page, browse every flavor, and build a full cart without giving us anything.

When you submit an address to one of the first two, it goes to Resend, the service that will hold our mailing list and send our email. It is stored there, associated with nothing but the fact that you signed up. We do not attach your browsing, your cart, or what you looked at.

We write to tell you when packs go live. If we ever want to write for another reason, we will say so at the point we ask, not decide it later.

Links inside our emails are tracked. When you click one, it passes through Resend before it reaches the page, and the click is recorded against your address so we can see which emails were useful. Nothing on the website itself does this — the tracking is in the email only, and it stops the moment you leave the list.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also ask us to delete your address outright, and we will, without asking why.

Three things are saved in your browser's local storage and stay there. We never receive their contents, and clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.

• —Your cart — which packs you added and whether you chose subscribe or one-time.
• —Your account preview — the name and email you type when you create a preview profile. This is not an account and it is not a login.
• —Your reservation history — a record of reserves you made on this device.

Because this data sits on your device, anyone else using the same browser can see it. That is the trade-off of not making you sign in, and it is why the account preview says plainly that it is a preview.

We count things like which pages get read, which flavors get opened, and how big a cart gets before someone reserves — so we know what to build next. The measurement is cookieless and first-party: it does not follow you to other sites, and it does not build a profile of you.

We hold ourselves to a hard rule, written into the code rather than into a policy: a measurement event may carry the shape of what happened — a product slug, a count, a dollar value — and never an email address, a name, or any text you typed. If a detail could identify a person, it is not collected.

This site sets two cookies, and neither is for you. One holds the owner's sign-in to a private admin screen; the other lets the owner see the pages that are not published yet. If you are reading this, you will never be issued either.

There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels on this site. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything. Our emails are the exception and they are described above — a link you click in one of them is counted.

Two companies handle data on our behalf, and only in order to run the site:

• —Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, its servers record standard request information — IP address, browser type, the page requested — in order to serve pages and stop abuse.
• —Resend holds the mailing list and sends our email.

Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it, and we won't change that without telling you first.

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. If FEEDER never launches, we will delete the list rather than sit on it.

Device storage lasts until you clear it. Server request logs are held by our host on its own retention schedule — we don't set that schedule and we don't read the logs.

Ask and we will tell you whether your address is on the list, correct it, or delete it. We answer to the address in question, since that address is the only thing we hold — there is nothing else we could check you against.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you these rights formally. We would rather honor them for everyone than sort people by where they live.

This site is built for adults. We aren't set up to collect anything from a child under 13, and if one has sent us an address, tell us and it goes.

If we change how we handle your information, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is a meaningful one, we will say so on the site rather than hoping you re-read the fine print.
